Description

The role of Supply Planning Manager, based in Leeds for a leading Consumer Products business, will be responsible for:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply planning team
• Collaborate with various stakeholders for effective procurement
• Ensure accurate forecasting and inventory management
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure uninterrupted supply
• Implement cost-saving strategies without compromising on quality
• Provide regular performance reports to senior management
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in the FMCG industry

Profile

A successful Supply Planning Manager should have:

• A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field
• Proven managerial experience in the FMCG industry
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, procurement, and forecasting
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in supply chain software and MS Office suite
