Availability: Flexible, Adhoc (1 to 5 days per week)

Supply Teacher Job Description:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for flexible and reliable Supply Teachers to work across primary schools in the South West London area. This role is perfect for teachers seeking flexible work on an adhoc basis, offering the chance to work in various schools while maintaining a work-life balance.

Supply Teacher Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons and manage classroom activities in the absence of the regular teacher.
• Ensure the continued progress and engagement of pupils during the teacher's absence.
• Adapt to various school environments and year groups.
• Provide a positive learning atmosphere, maintaining classroom management and behaviour in line with school policies.

Supply Teacher Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Flexibility to work across different schools and year groups.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• A passion for teaching and helping students achieve their best.
