Job Description:

We are seeking a Flexible Daily Supply Primary Teacher to work across various schools in the Croydon Borough on an ad-hoc basis. This role offers complete flexibility, allowing you to choose your working days, making it perfect for teachers looking for a better work-life balance.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and well-prepared lessons across different primary year groups (EYFS, KS1, and KS2).
• Provide cover for class teachers in their absence, ensuring continuity of learning.
• Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment for pupils.
• Adapt to different school settings and pupil needs quickly and effectively.
• Ensure all marking and feedback is completed in line with the school's policies.

Requirements:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is essential.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in various school environments.
• A strong classroom presence with excellent behaviour management skills.
