Supply Teacher Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons in the absence of the regular class teacher.
• Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Follow lesson plans provided or adapt activities to meet pupils' needs.
• Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and school communities.

Supply Teacher Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching in primary or secondary schools.
• Strong classroom management and adaptability.
• A commitment to fostering positive educational experiences.
