Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to children with SEND.
• Assist teachers in adapting lesson materials to meet individual needs.
• Encourage student engagement and help build confidence in learning.
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
• Monitor progress and communicate with staff to support student development.

Requirements

• Experience working with children with SEND in a school or similar setting.
• A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach to supporting learning.
• Posses an Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to get one.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship
• Ability to adapt and respond to different learning needs.
