Supply Teaching Assistant

Excell Supply is recruiting dedicated and flexible Primary Teaching Assistants to work on a supply basis across various schools in Oswestry. Key Responsibilities:�

• Supporting the class teacher in the delivery of lessons and classroom activities.�


• Assisting children with their learning, providing additional support as needed.�


• Helping to create a safe, stimulating, and positive learning environment.�


• Assisting with classroom management, ensuring children are engaged and on task.�


• Providing one-to-one or small group support for children with additional needs.�


• Helping with the preparation of learning resources and classroom displays.�


• Working collaboratively with other school staff to ensure a smooth and effective learning experience.�

Requirements:�

• Experience working with children in a school or educational setting is highly desirable.�


• Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification desirable.�


• A positive attitude and enthusiasm for working with children.�


• Ability to adapt to different classroom environments and working with diverse student needs.�


• Good communication and teamwork skills.�


• A DBS check or willingness to undertake one.�
