Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Location: Kirkbymoorside 
Salary: Up to £500 per week
Contract: Full-time and part-time opportunities available
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Kirkbymoorside. This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting children’s learning and development in a classroom setting.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in delivering engaging and structured lessons
\n
• Support students with their learning, providing one-to-one and small group assistance where needed
\n
• Help manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
\n
• Assist with preparing learning materials and classroom resources
\n
• Provide additional support for pupils with special educational needs if required
\n

Requirements:

\n
• Experience working with children in an educational setting is desirable but not essential
\n
• A patient, supportive, and adaptable approach to working with young learners
\n
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
\n
• A willingness to undertake training and professional development
\n
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
\n
