You'll:

• Inspire: Lead and develop a dedicated support team.

• Manage: Oversee rotas, recruitment, and budgets.
• Respond: Handle on-call duties (1 week in 4).

You Have:

• NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Compassionate, proactive approach.
• Ability to travel within 30 minutes for on-call.
