Are you a Teaching Assistant or Support Worker looking for a new role in Stratford? We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team, working with both primary and secondary school students, including those with special needs. This role may involve personal care responsibilities. Relevant experience in the care sector will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the teacher in delivering lessons by preparing resources, setting up the classroom, and assisting with classroom management.
Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students, helping them with tasks and reinforcing learning objectives.
Monitor student progress and behaviour, offering feedback to the teacher and contributing to maintaining a positive learning environment.
Assist with administrative duties such as taking attendance, organising materials, and managing classroom displays.
Offer support to children with special needs, including personal care tasks as required.
