Brook Street Social Care are now recruiting support workers to work with our client's semi-independent living service in Accrington.

Duties:

• Providing support to young people involved in gangs or affected by county lines exploitation
• Build self-empowerment and confidence
• Teaching life skills to build on resilience
• Provide emotional support to service users

Requirements:

• Driver preferred but not essential
• Available for night shifts
• 1 years experience in social care or a similar role
