Support Worker

An opportunity is available for a dedicated Residential�Support Worker on a contract basis. The role involves providing essential care and support to individuals, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with personal care, daily living tasks, and emotional support.

- Support individuals in accessing community activities and services.

- Help to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families.

- Maintain accurate records and reports on the progress and well-being of individuals.

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care for service users.

Requirements:
