As a support worker, you will play a crucial role in assisting people with learning disabilities. You will provide support, encouragement, and practical assistance to help them achieve their personal goals and improve their overall well-being.

Location: Weymouth
Hours: up to 37.5 hours per week
Pay Scale: £12.02 to £12.28
Contract: Permanent

About You:
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with a diverse range of people.
Previous experience or qualifications in mental health care preferred but not essential.
Flexibility in working hours. With alternative weekends required

Induction sessions occur every two weeks on Monday and Tuesday. Attendance is crucial, especially for part-time, weekend staff, and those with a second job. Flexibility is required as some training, such as manual handling, is only held on weekdays.
