We are well known Healthcare group with reliable, dedicated, and professional staff within our services already! We care for adults aged 19 - 60 who have learning difficulties and Mental Health issues.
Rehability UK specializes in supporting adults with complex needs (including, but not limited to, Autistic Spectrum Condition, Learning Disability, and Mental Health) to live their best possible life. We never stop striving to provide friendly, professional, and inspirational services that we would want to experience ourselves!!
Your Role
Our Support Workers are our greatest asset. Through understanding the needs of people you support, you’ll provide exceptional care that truly can change their lives. Your role will involve however not limited to:
• Helping people we support to engage in meaningful opportunities and activities – empowering them to enjoy a great life filled with amazing experiences.
• Getting involved in support in community as social activities or shopping trips.
• Ability to communicate clearly is important considering individual communication needs, and helping people to communicate effectively with others, too.
• Assisting with Personal care and hygiene (if required)
• Medication administration (if required)
• Support with preparing and cooking meals. Cleaning, shopping, planning daily activities. Please note the persons we support like to go out into the community so this role involves lots of walking!
• Support with attending medical appointments
• Support with social activities
We currently have a part time position available for 20 hours a week.
