We are looking for compassionate Support Workers to join their permanent team, making a significant impact on the lives of vulnerable children.

Support Worker Responsibilities:


  • Provide personalized assistance with daily personal care routines.
  • Cultivate a positive and enriching environment by actively engaging students in stimulating activities.
  • Contribute significantly to providing a homely atmosphere within the registered children's home.
  • Demonstrate expertise in understanding and managing challenging behaviours that may arise due to the unique needs of students.

Support Worker Requirements:


  • Empathy, enthusiasm, compassion, and mental, physical, and emotional resilience.
  • Ideally, candidates should possess a minimum of 6 months of prior experience working with children/young people or within a similar Social Care setting.
  • A driver's license and access to your car are essential due to the rural location.
