Responsibilities:

• Provide person-centred care and support to individuals in a care home setting
• Assist with daily living activities, including dressing, bathing, and meal preparation
• Promote independence and wellbeing by encouraging participation in social and recreational activities
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the overall well-being of individuals

Requirements:

• 6 months of experience in a care home setting
• Valid manual handling certificate
• Flexibility to work day and night shifts, as well as evenings and weekends
• Right to work in the UK
• Be available to work across various sites across Wolverhampton
