We are currently seeking experienced Adult Learning Disability Support Workers. This service provides supported living for adults aged 18+ with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, physical disabilities, or sensory impairments. Your role will involve assisting residents along their care pathways, helping them lead more independent and fulfilling lives.
Location: Chipstead
Pay: £13.96 per hour (including holiday pay)

As an Adult Learning Disability Support Worker, you will:
- Provide therapeutic care and support to individuals with autistic spectrum conditions and associated complex needs.
- Observe, monitor, and document patient conditions with care, dignity, and honesty.
- Support residents in their progression towards living as independently as possible.
- Work as part of a team of multidisciplinary professionals.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A strong desire to create positive outcomes for adults with learning disabilities.
- An empathetic, caring, and resilient approach.
- At least 6 months' experience working in a social care setting.
- A current Enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to obtain one).
- The right to work in the UK.
- A valid driving license (essential due to rural location).
