Position: Support Worker
Location: Gwynedd
Salary: �12.37 per hour + �60 per sleep-in shift
Type: Full-time, varied shifts including sleep-ins

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate care and support to adults with learning disabilities, mental health issues, complex needs, and autism
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, medication management, and meal preparation
- Encourage and support independence and participation in community activities
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalised care plans
- Ensure the safety and well-being of residents at all times
- Participate in varied shifts, including sleep-ins, to provide 24/7 care
Requirements:
- Full UK driver's license (essential)
- Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential - full training will be provided
- A caring and patient approach, with a commitment to empowering others
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-in shifts
