Pay - £12-£18*

Randstad is partnering with a leading residential care home to find talented and committed Residential Children's Support Workers.

What you'll be doing:

• Providing direct care to children and young people in a residential setting
• Implementing individual care plans and supporting resident's emotional, social, and developmental needs
• Creating a safe, positive, and stimulating environment for residents
• Working collaboratively with a dedicated team of professionals
• Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills
• Block shifts

We're looking for a Support Worker who has the following:

• A strong understanding of child development and safeguarding principles
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A flexible and adaptable approach to work
• A genuine passion for working with children and young people
• Experience within residential settings with children and young people
