Support Worker

We are looking to recruit �Support Workers who are passionate about providing top-notch healthcare in a residential setting. The positions are based in our modern, fully equipped nursing homes located in s80,�Nottinghamshire��which are dedicated to delivering high standards of care to our residents.

Location: s80, Nottinghamshire, East Midlands

Shift pattern: Day shifts, Night shifts, Weekend shifts

Expected hours: 85 / per week

Details of the Role:

Contract type: Temporary, with full- time hours

Key Responsibilities:

Service within a Suppoorted Living setting

Providing support to a service user who is diagnosed for LD, Autism, and EUPD (Emotionally unstable personality disorder)

The Service user also suffers from COPD (Chronic obstructive pulmonary diease)

Service user is at high risk of Alcohol Misuse, can be racist and violent towards non-white workers (has previoulsy attakced worker)

Service user does self-jharm and therefore will need to be closely monitored.

Provide professional health care to residents.

Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance quality of life for residents.

Maintain high standards of clinical documentation.
