**The advertised salary is based on a full-time contract in which you are expected to work every other weekend. Home From Home Care has implemented a £1 per hour pay increase when working between 22:00pm Friday to 7:00am Monday**
Shift Working Patterns
Early shift 7am -3pm
Late shift 2pm/3pm - 9pm/10pm
Standby sleep ins
2 week rolling rota
You will work every other weekend and some bank holidays
Increases to £12.73 - £13.31 with the 6% Attendance Loyalty Bonus

About the Role
As a Support Worker youll work as part of our ONE TEAM to deliver exceptional care and support to the individuals living within the homes. A large part of your role is to help individuals gain new life skills, connect with their communities, and provide outcomes to help them to live a fulfilled and meaningful life through:
Helping them to reach their potential and achieve to the best of their ability and goals
Support them to do daily living tasks, personal care while encouraging independence
Support them to plan activities such as going to the beach, theme parks, festivals, holidays... anything!
Provide support, informal advocacy and information to the individuals we support
Provide emotional and practical support to individuals
Accurately reporting and recording on our in-house digital platform
