At The Edmund Trust we are a charity that supports people with learning disabilities across Cambridgeshire.
As a support worker within our Fulbourn Service you will be supporting a happy and euthanistic man who enjoys attending college, swimming, playing and listening to stories.
The role will include assisting him with his daily activities at home as well as going out to college and swimming. Providing personal care and support, this does include moving and handling such as hoisting. Engaging in fun activities such as Sensory play.
We currently have daytime shifts including evenings, weekends and Sleep in shifts
We also have Waking night shifts (Saturday and Sunday nights)
No prior experience is required as full training will be given
UK Drivers license is essential for this role
We are looking for someone who is reliable, team player and strong communication skills with a caring approach
Salary- £25,028.57 per annum (FTE 40 hours per week, pro rata for part time)
