We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team. We provide a nurturing and supportive environment for young people with emotional and behavioral challenges, helping them to thrive and reach their full potential.
What you'll do:
* Provide individualised support and care to young people in a residential setting.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans.
* Facilitate positive and supportive relationships within the home.
* Promote independence and life skills development.
* Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
We're looking for individuals who:
- Are passionate about caring for vulnerable young people.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have a genuine desire to support young people to achieve their goals.
* Are flexible and adaptable, able to work effectively as part of a team.
* Are reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality care.
* Hold a valid UK manual driving license and have access to their own vehicle.
* Have at least 1 year remaining on their visa.
