We are looking for a skilled children's support worker to become a part of our team.

Can you offer the right care and assistance to children and young adults who exhibit challenging behaviours.

If you have a passion for making a difference in the lives of others and have the necessary skills to support these individuals, we would love you to be part of our team

Requirements:

• You should have a minimum of 6 months of paid experience working in the children's sector in the UK, preferably in a residential care setting.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations
• A genuine passion for empowering and supporting individuals with complex needs
