As a Supporter Relations Officer (SRO), you will provide fundraising and administration support across the Fundraising directorate. This involves managing supporter enquiries and registrations for fundraising appeals and campaigns, as well as the full range of fundraising events.
Excellent communication and customer service skills are a must, together with the ability to self-motivate and manage your time effectively.  You will have fantastic interpersonal skills together with exceptional levels of integrity. You will be expected to deliver the highest standard of Supporter Service.
In providing administrative support, you will be called on to manage a number of ongoing activities simultaneously, resolving issues as they arise by communicating effectively and efficiently with colleagues across the charity.
We are looking for:
- Solid experience working in a customer service role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven organizational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise workload.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.

Salary: £22,386 (Pro-rated to £17,909)
Contract:   Permanent, part time (28h per week)
Based:  Edinburgh - Hybrid (In the office 1-2 days per week).
