Surfacing Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Highways Surfacing Supervisor to join our clients expanding operations. This role requires a mix of day and night shifts and involves overseeing a variety of projects in the Midlands. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in highways surfacing and the necessary certifications.

THIS ASSIGNMENT IS PAYING OUTSIDE IR35

Key Responsibilities:
·Supervise and coordinate surfacing projects on highways.
·Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and within specified time frames.
·Computing cost sheets
·Manage and lead a team of workers, providing guidance and support.
·Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
 
 
Qualifications:
 
·Valid CSCS card.
·SMSTS/ SSSTS certification.
·First Aid certification.
·Proven experience in highway surfacing and supervision.
·Strong communication and leadership skills.
·Ability to work flexible hours, including both day and some night shifts.
·Own transport is required for travel to various project sites in North Wales and North West England.
