About the Role As a Response Surveyor, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our properties remain safe, secure, and well-maintained for our customers. Youll carry out responsive inspections, diagnose issues, and work closely with our repairs teams to make sure customers receive the high standard of care they deserve.
The main duties include:
Diagnose building defects and identify suitable cost-effective remedies.
Undertake property related inspections and produce written reports
Communicate well with our customers to keep them informed of progress of the repair.
Produce specifications and procure small building works and mange through to completion
What we need
For this role youll need to have the following skills and experience;
HND or HNC in construction or building surveying. And/or relevant experience
Experience in diagnosing building defects
