Sustainability Analyst

We are partnering with a global software business seeking a Sustainability Analyst to join their team on a contracting basis. This role is mostly remote, with occasional travel to company events, and involves supporting the Corporate Real Estate function and Portfolio Managers across EMEA and AMER.Key Responsibilities:Conducting office portfolio sustainability research and reportingResearching and reporting on green lease documentationCreating office scorecardsCollaborating with Corporate Real Estate, Workplace Analytics, and Sustainability teamsRequirements:Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Real Estate preferredStrong communication skills and proficiency with Office 365 (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)Highly collaborative, motivated, and able to work independentlyUnderstanding of office leases and facilities functions is a plus, but not essentialThis contract role requires someone to work as a contractor, not an employee, on a day rate basis for a 35-hour working week.
