We are looking for a Sustainability Coordinator to join the Frontier team, based at Witham St Hughs on a full-time permanent basis. We are open to hybrid options for this role, with the right candidate working 3 days from home and 2 days on site. Travelling to other Frontier sites and event venues across the UK will be required at times.
You will support the facilitation and delivery of private sector funding initiatives. You will build excellent customer relationships, and provide advice and administrative support to colleagues, farmers, and supply chain partners to ensure successful implementation at both the farm gate and landscape scale.
Private funding projects you will support include the European based LENs programme and Frontier sustainability partnerships, which work in conjunction with global supply chain funding partners.

Your Role
As a Sustainability Coordinator your role will involve:
Working both on your own and within the Sustainable Crop Production Delivery (SCPD) team to support the implementation of private sector funding programmes.
Collaborating across all Frontier business sectors to ensure effective outcomes for growers and the revenue earning opportunities for the wider business with specific focus on delivering unified Kings, SOYL, My Compliance and SCPD approach on farm.
Supporting Landscape Enterprise Networks (LENs) regional leads in the facilitation of LENs regional trades
Supporting practical delivery of LENS to include communications with growers and reporting as well as maximising the commercial opportunities from the funding.
Communicating with Growers on monitoring, recording and verification requirements and timelines.
Working with regional leads to deliver communication surrounding farmer funding.
Working with the Sustainability Project Manager to review & continuously improve the systems and processes used to collect and collate data.
Administration and record keeping in team meetings.
Helping organise and participate in events such as farmer knowledge exchange events.
Administration and organisational support of sustainability related workshops and training days.
Supporting the wider SCP team in the collation of farmer information in line with other sustainability partnership programmes.
Working with the Sustainability Project Manager to ensure necessary tools for data collection and collation are kept relevant and effective.
Promoting and advocating the Responsible Choice pillars and activity at all levels .
