Committed to sustainability, Stannah is dedicated to reducing our environmental footprint across our operations, we have an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for sustainability to become part of our dynamic team as the Sustainability Data Analyst.

Specialising in emission analysis, the Sustainability Data Analyst job is pivotal in assessing, analysing, and reporting on greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions associated with Stannah Group's operations.

This job plays a crucial part in identifying emission reduction opportunities and enhancing sustainability initiatives company-wide as well as supporting with project management.

To be successful in this Sustainability Data Analyst job you will have proven data analytics skills, and previous sustainability experience would be desirable. It is key for the successful candidate to be able to work independently and proactively.

This is a hybrid role, candidates must live within a commutable distance to our Head Office, in Andover.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collect, compile, and organise GHG emissions data from various sources manufacturing, transportation, energy, waste using established methodologies and tools.
  • Support analysis of project emissions to quantify environmental impact.
  • Track emission trends to identify improvement areas and assess sustainability initiatives.
  • Generate clear reports on emission data, findings, and reduction recommendations.
  • Present findings to internal stakeholders and support the new Global ERP rollout for accurate data reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability into decision-making.
  • Engage with external stakeholders to exchange information and best practices on emission reduction.
  • Keep track of high value sustainability projects with the support of the PMO team

Job Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (advanced Excel, PowerBI, databases, LCA software such as SimaPro or LCA for Experts).
  • Previous project management experience would be desirable
  • Experience in GHG emissions quantification and analysis, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting.
  • Familiarity with emission inventory methodologies like the Greenhouse Gas Protocol, ISO 14064, or similar standards.
