Swim Co-ordinator

Our client is leading leisure trust, that operate Leisure Centres in Essex.� They are currently looking to expand their team/s and are looking to recruit Swim Co-ordinators into the operation.� The position is part time 20 hours per week.�

These new roles will focus on co-ordinating a high quality i-Swim programme, and ensuring delivery of a professional, welcoming and inclusive swim lesson environment at the�site.� Swim Co-ordinators will provide day to day supervision of the Swim Instructors, and act as a facilitator and advocate to help raise the profile, importance and benefits of learning to swim.�

You along with the Centre Management Team, will be responsible for organising staff rotas and scheduling of lessons to meet programme requirements and customer needs.� You will ensure high standards of lesson delivery, cover classes as required, as well as proactive and committed to customer experience whilst ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all swimmers.�

The successful candidates must hold a nationally recognised qualification for swim instruction, i.e. ASA/Swim England Level 2, STA or equivalent.�
