Switchboard Operator - Part Time Vacancy - Chesterfield
Salary: Mim Wage
Hours: Part Time: Monday to Friday - Morning shift 8.00am - 1.00pm (5 hours), Afternoon shift 1.00pm - 6.00pm (5 hours)
Saturday - 8.00am - 1.00pm (5 hours shift) (1 in 7 Saturdays on rota)
We are currently recruiting for a part time Switchboard operator for our main dealer clients site based in the Chesterfield area. Looking for someone who has previous experience within an similar role, with excellent customer service skills.
You will be the face and voice of the business when customers and clients enter and telephone the dealership, so will a good people person with a good telephone manner.

Switchboard Operator role:

• Answering all calls and taking messages or transferring the calls via a computerised Switchboard
• Liaising with other staff members
• Showing clients and customers to their required destination
• Dealing efficiently with customer requests and queries, to ensure total customer satisfaction;
• Helping the Retailer to achieve industry-leading standards.
