p strong System Design Engineer /strong /p br If you are considering sending an application, make sure to hit the apply button below after reading through the entire description. br p Outside IR35 contract /p p £competitive daily rate /p p Leading aerospace, aviation company are seeking experienced Systems Design Engineer on a contract basis to help drive project progress in the area of systems design engineering. /p p The ideal candidate will have a background in whole aircraft systems or other subsystems such as power distribution, avionics, power generation, propulsion etc (not restricted to these) /p p strong Qualifications /strong /p ul li Strong V-cycle understanding / experience of working across the v-cycle /li li Excellent knowledge of/in requirements gathering, management and tracking /li li In model-based system development environment /li li Excellent model Based Systems engineering experience /li li Good knowledge in Thermal Engineering, High voltage and Low voltage Electrical design /li li Good knowledge of safety analysis techniques; FHA, FTA and FMEA... /li li Good knowledge of MATLAB, Simulink /li /ul p strong Key responsibilities: /strong /p ul li Work closely with System Design and Equipment Design teams to evolve system architecture in MBSE / Agile environment /li li Capture system interface requirements and define in interface documents like IDDs and SIDs /li li manage requirements via Jira, and other traceability tools /li /ul
