Insight Global are seeking a Systems Engineer on behalf of a large Automotive Retailer for a 6-month contract, with the potential for extensions. As a Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for managing user accounts and resolving authentication issues. You will also handle and troubleshoot Tier 2 and 3 tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Your role involves fully troubleshooting some tickets, granting necessary permissions, and diagnosing issues to their root cause. For complex problems, you will either fix them or escalate to the appropriate team.
