We are looking for a skilled Systems Engineer to lead functional integration efforts and contribute to the delivery of advanced defence systems. In this role, you will manage key deliverables, guide the team, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. You will also engage with missile programme teams, work on system design, and support testing and qualification activities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead Functional Integration: Oversee functional integration for the SEI team, ensuring smooth subsystem coordination. Customer Deliverables: Author key contractual deliverables like Digital Test Certification and Qualification (DTCQ) and Model Development Plans (MDP). Team Management: Assign tasks and manage team resources to ensure successful delivery. Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the SEI team in MBSE capability calls and support Digital Engineering Strategies (DES). System Design & Requirements: Manage Requirements & Acceptance (R&A) processes and ensure alignment with customer specifications. System Architecting & Tools: Use tools like IBM Rhapsody, Sparx, and Matlab for systems design and architecting. Testing & Acceptance: Develop Test Plans and acceptance criteria to support trials and evidence capture. Missile Systems Expertise: Contribute to Weapon System Simulation and Modelling (S&M), Guidance Control & Navigation (GCN). Proposal Development: Assist in developing technical proposals and contributing to early lifecycle activities. SKILLS: Bachelor s degree in Engineering or related field. Strong experience in Systems Engineering within complex defence programmes. Experience with tools like IBM Rhapsody, Sparx, Matlab, and DOORS. Strong understanding of missile systems, S&M, GCN, and MBSE techniques. Proven ability to manage Requirements & Acceptance (R&A) processes and work with stakeholders. Experience in developing DTCQ, MDP, and other technical documentation. Ability to work on proposals and early lifecycle activities.
