Working for a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) that�delivers a high quality IT Service to its client base, you will be responsible�for the day-to-day running of all IT systems and networks, whilst�performing regular checks to ensure the smooth functioning of such systems. You will also be responsible�for improving current services and deploying new technologies.�

Key Skills:
- 2 years experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role, preferably within an internal environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Experience with networking technologies (LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls).
- Familiarity with cloud services such as Microsoft 365 and Azure.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple support requests and prioritise�tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
