Systems Analyst

System Analyst Mallusk Hayward Hawk are currently working on a newly created role for their warehousing & distribution client who are based in Mallsuk. Role Summary: As a Systems Analyst, you will be a critical part of the IT team, ensuring the smooth operation of our software and reporting systems across multiple locations. You will work closely with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to optimize system performance and implement process improvements. Your expertise in ERP systems, SQL, and business intelligence applications will be key to maintaining our high standards of data accuracy and uptime. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert support for business-critical applications across multiple sites, coordinating with external support teams when necessary. Collaborate with Account Managers to set up and manage customer Autopart parameters, acting as the primary contact for customer support. Support the rollout of their Warehouse Management System (WMS) and other new functionalities, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes. Proactively identify manual processes and work with end-users to automate and integrate them into core systems. Develop, test, and implement solutions to prevent recurring technical issues. Utilize SQL for data integration, migration, and executing bulk data changes, as well as generating ad-hoc queries and reports based on user needs. Maintain and update PowerBI and Phocas data models to align with company requirements. Manage and prioritize user requests through the companys Service Desk ticketing system. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all applications. Provide first-line support for general IT queries as needed. Required Skills and Experience: A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, ideally within distribution or warehousing. Proficiency in ERP systems and MS SQL. Experience with business intelligence applications such as Power BI or Phocas. Ability to manage workloads effectively, prioritize critical incidents, and understand their business implications. Strong communication skills and a methodical approach to resolving issues. Skills: MAM ERP SQL Power BI
