Job title: Systems and Reporting Manager


Location: Samlesbury – We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role


Salary: £61,110+ (depending on skills and experience)



What you’ll be doing:



  • Management a team of professionals to provide timely, accurate data and reporting in order to enable the performance of the Procurement Service Delivery Unit (SDU)

  • Working with the IT department to identify solutions and lead associated project(s) including testing, communications and training delivery

  • Drive and support the development and continuous improvement of LN toolset & reports

  • Collaboratively work across Procurement Supply Chain teams & broader Procurement SDU teams to deliver analytics and data insights

  • To lead and manage the development of the data & analytics team




Your skills and experiences:


Essential:



  • Experience of Team Leadership

  • Experience of using Tableau or similar toolset

  • Experience using Enterprise Resource Planning systems

  • Project Management experience

  • Stakeholder management skills (Customer Service Mind-set)

  • Proven ability to manage data to inform business decision making


Desirable:



  • Expertise and experience using Enterprise Resource Planning systems

  • Appreciation of Procurement & Supply Chain activities

  • Qualified to Degree standard or equivalent or MCIPS or equivalent professional qualification

The Business Operations Team:


As a Procurement Systems & Reporting Development Manager, you will use your technical knowledge and expertise in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and tableau data reporting to support the Procurement SDU in the delivery of its key objectives.


This is an excellent opportunity for you to take ownership and be responsible for driving improvement activity through the business. This opportunity may suit a technically gifted individual from a non-procurement background. Opportunity for business travel to other BAE Sites within the UK & KSA.
