Job title: Systems Engineer – Product ComplianceLocation: Warton / Brough / Hybrid – We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular roleSalary: £54,793 – £60,326 (Dependant on skills and experience)What you’ll be doing:Working in the recently formed Product Integrity discipline to deploy and embed Product Security capability across the Air businessProvide influence and advice pan-functionally and through-life across the full project lifecycleSupport the management of any Product Security risks (financial and non-financial) at the Air levelFacilitate Pan Functional Steering and Working Groups to evolve our Product Security strategy, throughout the businessProvide Product Security support to Engineering Authorities/Directors, Product Technical Authorities and other senior leadersSupport, encourage and enable Product Security Promotion activities – communications, engagement events, training and continuous improvementsEnsure effective escalation and cascade of Product Security ReportingYour skills and experiences:Essential:A degree in a STEM subject, ideally Chartered, equivalent qualification plus time served experienceExperience of Systems Engineering within multiple programmes, platforms and/or services would be useful in the role as would experience and/or appreciation of Through Life aspects, (As Designed, As Built, As Maintained and As Operated) with demonstrable breadth of experience in the businessAbility to communicate with all areas of the businessDemonstrable experience of working on complex projectsDesirable:Experience in Product Security/Cyber Security.
