The Role:
This is a remote / field-based role with travel required to sites
Key responsibilities:
Proactively source and attract high-quality candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals
Review CVs, conduct phone screenings, schedule and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and culture fit
Support the Head of People with key HR projects
About you:
A passion for people and previous experience in recruitment / talent acquisition within hospitality
