Do you want to join our Geo-data revolution? Fugro's global reach and unique know-how will put the world at your fingertips. Our love of exploration and technical expertise help us to provide our clients with invaluable insights. We source and make sense of the most relevant Geo-data for their needs, so they can design, build and operate their assets more safely, sustainably and efficiently. But we're always looking for new talent to take the next step with us. For bright minds who enjoy meaningful work and want to push our pioneering spirit further. For individuals who can take the initiative but work well within a team.
The Role
We're looking for a Talent Acquisition (TA) Sourcer / Administrator to join our team at Fugro! If you're passionate about connecting top talent with exciting opportunities and love the thrill of finding the perfect match, we want to hear from you!
In this role, you'll work closely with the TA Lead/Manager to determine local sourcing strategies tailored to different business lines, functions, and job profiles. You'll collaborate with Senior TA Partners, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers to define the perfect search profiles. Understanding the target group is key, so you'll map the relevant labour market with the help of the TA Analyst and the business line you're recruiting for, conducting target group analysis and benchmarks.
You'll create or enhance job postings, write compelling texts and emails, and send them out. Identifying talent and sourcing for specific job profiles via different channels like LinkedIn, Beamery, and your own network will be part of your daily routine. Staying up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in social media and networking sites is crucial.
You'll conduct pre-screening interviews via phone or Microsoft Teams and provide detailed candidate hand-overs to recruiters. Internal mobility is important to us, so you'll ensure local alignment with HR to understand if current employees would be suitable for specific roles and always post roles on our internal job board (Workday).
Ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day administrative TA tasks and candidate communication is a big part of the job. You'll coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers for local vacancies, including booking meeting rooms and scheduling Microsoft Teams meetings. Tracking interview and offer declines, along with reasons for declines and competitor offer intelligence, will help us stay competitive.
You'll send candidate rejection emails to all candidates dispositioned by managers during the recruitment process and send out company-wide emails on a bi-weekly basis to keep everyone informed about new internal vacancies. Collating interview notes from hiring managers and ensuring they are stored and deleted in line with GDPR regulations is essential. You'll also ensure that interview notes of successful candidates are passed to the HR team for storage in employee files.
Keeping recruiters updated at all times with offer acceptances and declines is crucial. You'll support the TA Lead/Manager with general administration, TA-related invoicing, including PO's, and project-related work.
