Talent Acquisition Specialist Location: Belfast Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week (8.30am - 5pm) Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 Benefits Include: Competitive base salary. Annual Recognition Awards. Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Belfast. In this role, you will be fully integrated with our Client's HR Recruitment Team, working in a fast-paced and professional environment. This is an exciting opportunity for an early careers recruiter to gain experience in all aspects of Campaign Management. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various entry-level roles across multiple business areas including engineering, marketing, HR, and administration. Additionally, you will coordinate interviews and work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to achieve target hires. Main Duties/Responsibilities Sourcing & Identifying Candidates: Utilise various channels such as job boards, social media, internal referrals, and campus events to source and identify qualified candidates for early careers roles. Screening & Assessing Candidates: Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit through effective screening processes. Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews, providing comprehensive feedback to hiring managers. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and educational institutions. Candidate Pipeline Management: Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Recruitment Metrics Tracking: Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, offering insights and recommendations for improvement. Meeting Participation: Attend team meetings both online and in person. Person Specification Essential Skills & Experience: Minimum 2 years' recruitment experience managing large volume campaigns/hires. Proficiency in advertising, sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, onboarding, and stakeholder communication/management. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask. Experience using various recruitment tools and platforms, including applicant tracking systems and video interviewing software. Desirable Skills & Experience: Experience managing ROI campaigns. Experience recruiting for early careers roles such as internships, graduate programs, and apprenticeships. Education & Qualifications: 5 GCSEs at grades A-C or equivalent (Leaving Certificate) including English and Maths. Certificate in Recruitment, CIPD, or a bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (desirable). Qualities & Disposition: Effective communication skills across various mediums and audiences. Personal accountability and responsibility for actions. Ability to build relationships within the team and with clients. Resilience under pressure and adaptability to change. Capacity to multitask across departments as needed. Full clean driving licence or access to transport as travel is required.
