Join us as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and be influential in your approach to helping us build great teams across our brands.
You will provide pro-active and professional in-house recruitment support to the hiring managers within your business area.

What youll do day to day
Proactively managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle from identification of the role, through to on-boarding
Ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Advertising vacancies using our HR system, job boards and social media platforms
Proactive sourcing of passive candidates using innovative recruitment techniques
Providing on-going support to senior stakeholders throughout the process, advising of best practice
Managing a range of recruitment activities including; CV sifting, telephone interviewing, assessment centres, open evenings, etc
Utilising our global HR system to ensure that all information is kept up to date for the team and also for the candidates
Actively promoting and encouraging workforce diversity at all levels of recruitment

Helpful skills and qualifications

Previous recruitment experience, either in-house or within an agency
Understanding of headhunting and talent pooling
Experience of working with an ATS or HR system
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal; confident in dealing with the full range of business users, across various channels
Extremely organised, self-motivated, and enthusiastic
Ability to work on own initiative, as well as part of a team
