The Role:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Talent Development Manager to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for creating engaging training content and materials, delivering training sessions, and providing ongoing coaching and mentoring to both new and existing recruitment consultants. Your efforts will ensure our team is equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their roles. Key Responsibilities of a Talent Development Manager:
Training Content Creation: Develop comprehensive training programmes and materials tailored to the needs of our recruitment consultants.
Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and informative training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team.
Coaching and Mentoring: Provide one-to-one coaching and mentoring to new and existing recruitment consultants, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and development.
Performance Assessment: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes through feedback and performance metrics, making adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in recruitment and training, incorporating these into our training programmes.
Carry a small recruitment target: Keep up to date with what is happening in the market place to ensure we are ahead of the game when creating training content.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Successful onboarding and integration of new recruitment consultants.
Improvement in performance metrics of trained consultants.
High levels of satisfaction and engagement from training participants.
Effective implementation of training feedback and continuous improvement.
Personal placements targets and sales conversions
