Based: London or FrankfurtDuration: PermanentReports to: Director of Talent DevelopmentPosition Summary: The core mandate is to design, shape, and execute, in partnership with stakeholders and the Talent Development Director, learning and development strategies and programs for our staff and people leaders that support business and cultural transformation.The organisationThe IFRS Foundation is a not-for-profit organisation founded on the belief that better information supports better economic and investment decisions. As a public interest organisation, we work to achieve this vision through the development of high-quality, global standards that result in corporate information that informs investment decisions. This work contributes towards efficient and resilient capital markets.The standards—IFRS® Accounting Standards and IFRS® Sustainability Disclosure Standards—are set by the Foundation’s standard-setting bodies, the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB) and the newly formed International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB). The establishment of the ISSB and consolidation with two other global sustainability standard-setting organisations into the Foundation (the Climate Disclosure Standards Board and the Value Reporting Foundation) in 2022 means the Foundation now has two standard-setting boards and offices in Asia (Beijing, China and Tokyo, Japan), Europe (Frankfurt, Germany and London, UK) and North America (Montreal, Canada and San Francisco, USA).Principal AccountabilitiesTalent ManagementSupport the design and implementation of the Foundation Talent Development Programs, such as Performance Management, Talent reviews, Succession Planning, Leadership Development and L&D.Advise and enable effective partnership on programme administration and execution.Create guides and tools to support people leaders in managing their teams.Gathers and analyses data, such as training needs, that will translate into the Talent Management Agenda. Identify priorities and opportunities.Support the creation of career paths for operational and technical staff.Continuously updates expertise and contributes to the continuous improvement of the service.Manage the delivery of the engagement survey and collaborate with HR team members to support the creation of team action plans.Administer the Talent Management Platform.Develop and implement talent management performance indicators.Talent DevelopmentAdminister the LMS: implement best practices, define security profiles and roles, act as SME and support content owners.Create a L&D calendar for the Foundation.Collaborate in the design and delivery of programs to accelerate the development of high potentials.Collaborate in the design and delivery of Leadership development programsCollaborate to identify and select external partners.Manage external vendor partnerships that deliver facilitation or consultation solutions.Structure orientation programs for new managers.Develop and implement Talent development performance indicatorsDiversity, Equity & InclusionResearch best practices on DEI principles in jurisdictions and collaborate in the creation of the DEI strategy for the FoundationManage the Foundation-wide DEI programming calendar and related activities.Co-leads the development, coordination, and mobilization of the DEI Community of Practice/championsDevelops strategic partnerships with internal teams for DEI change initiatives.With key stakeholders, create policies, and practices to identify gaps and areas for improvement.Develop and implement DEI performance indicators.Collaborates with Talent Acquisition, HR Operational Partners and wider teams for EDI integration.Qualifications & ExperienceHas significant experience in leadership development, talent management and DEI.University degree preferred in a relevant field (Adult Education, Organizational Development, HR, Psychology).
