Talent & Engagement Business Partner

Salary: 35K - 40K Overall Purpose:Due to our significant growth, we are pleased to have the opportunity to welcome a Talent and Engagement Business Partner to our team. Reporting to the HR Director, the successful candidate will play a key and pivotal role in ensuring that BK Plus attracts, selects and retains the best possible talent in the marketplace to improve retention and reduce external recruitment spend.Job Description:Responsibilities:·
Build relationships across the business to enable a full understanding of our various company locations, requirements and culture·
Liaise with Partners across the country in regards to their recruitment needs and help to develop job specifications·
Manage the candidate process including advertising, screening and interviewing·
Proactively search for suitable candidates·
Help support Partners with succession planning and identify training needs for their staff·
