As a Talent Partner, you will be supporting our Data, AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science teams as well as broad enterprise-wide Talent projects which in turn drive the talent acquisition function's success.You will be the dedicated point person for numerous hiring managers, so should be adept at being able to prioritise initiatives & hiring activity on a month-by-month basis and contribute to project outcomes. Additionally, you will be a natural storyteller using data and insights to support effective communication with your senior stakeholders.This role will require a strong focus on individual recruiting metrics and project outcomes. Collaboration with other managers and stakeholders will be critical for success in this role.What you’ll doPrioritise and manage a diverse range of tasks and projects related to talent acquisition, ensuring alignment with business objectives and goals.Utilize a month-to-month prioritization approach to allocate resources and efforts effectively, balancing short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives.Contribute to TA-wide initiatives, employing multi-sequence thinking to anticipate potential outcomes and proactively plan for contingencies.Leverage data and insights to craft communication that effectively details talent acquisition strategies, successes, and challenges to stakeholders.Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their needs.Engage in Bumble's TA learning initiatives, staying abreast of industry trends, sharing knowledge, and implementing innovative talent acquisition strategies.Establish and track individual recruiting metrics to evaluate performance, measure progress, and proactively identify areas for improvement.About youProven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a complex and fast-paced environment.Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously, while delivering high-quality results.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to employ multi-sequence thinking to navigate complex scenarios.Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, with a knack for translating data and insights into compelling narratives for senior stakeholders.Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to track and measure recruiting metrics and project outcomes.Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and building relationships at various organisational levels.Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in talent acquisition, and a continuous learning mindset.Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.Exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
