Tax Director

Reporting to a partner, you will be involved in the delivery of tax compliance and advisory services for a portfolio for some of the most wealth and exciting entrepreneurial business across the region.

Main duties:

• Advising clients on a wide variety of personal, corporate and advisory tax issues


• Corporation tax


• Tax computations�


• Allocate and managing assignments to team member


• Reviewing team members work


• Assist the partner with tax projects�


• Provide guidance, training and support to both tax colleagues and the wider team members


• Organise and deliver tax training to the whole firm


• Researching technical tax matters for the partners


• Attending internal audit team meetings


• Attending client meetings and external events


• Ensuring knowledge is�upto�date with any industry and economic changes

Person specification:�

• CTA�Qualified�


• Experience in a similar role within practice


• High level of numeracy


• Establish rapport and demonstrate both trust and credibility


• Experience of managing a team


• Excellent communicator both with colleagues and clients


• Knowledge of specialist tax areas including but not limited to corporation tax,�IHT, residency, corporate reorganisations and share schemes
