Tax Manager

Tax Manager / Permanent / hybrid & remote working My client, a global and multi-faceted organisation, are seeking a Tax Manager to join them on a full- time permanent basis. Within this role you will provide support to the existing Group Tax Manager on a multitude of taxes and cover international regions too. For this position you should have strong knowledge on international tax and ideally have worked within a large and complex organisation. As a Tax Manager you should have strong commercial awareness and be able to minimize tax risk. Role And Responsibilities Provide technical and advisory support across all tax areas Support global tax reporting and forecasting Dealing with multiple tax authorities and achieve the most beneficial tax agreements Work closely with the international tax teams on new entity establishments and the tax changes that come with that Support senior managers with tax policy, process and procedures to support with the wider organisations compliance and statutory obligations Ensure correct taxes are accounted for in different entities and be aware of corporate income tax, withholding tax and VAT Assist on specialist tax consulting Work closely with external advisors and global colleagues and internal stakeholders Embrace change in the role and continuously improve processes Essential Skills You should have ideally had experience in a large organisation with multiple entities, covering different regions and tax rules Handling complex negotiations with tax authorities International tax planning Statutory legal entity reporting and tax compliance control and governance If you have previous experience working overseas within or within a large international organisation this is highly desirable Experience within APAC is desirable Experience working with the big 4 is desirable Experience within the charity or non-for-profit sector is a good to have Package Salary up to £50,000 with room for negotiation Highly flexible working arrangements with mostly remote working and some office attendance Excellent company benefits and pension scheme 32 days annual leave Working for a global organisation Tax Manager / Permanent / hybrid & remote working #J-18808-Ljbffr
