About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate Design & Technology/Construction teacher to join the team at Da Vinci Academy, part of L.E.A.D Academy Trust. As a classroom teacher, you will inspire and motivate students by delivering engaging lessons in a safe and supportive learning environment. You will be part of a dedicated team, contributing to the high standards of education and upholding the values of excellence, equality, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons for students across all abilities, using innovative teaching methods and resources.
• Develop strategies that support and encourage students with special educational needs, ensuring an inclusive and respectful environment for all learners.
• Regularly assess students' work and provide constructive feedback to promote continuous improvement. Monitor and track individual and group progress.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to design and enhance the curriculum, ensuring it is both challenging and relevant to the needs of the students.<#####ata-start="#####" data-end="2262">Establish and maintain high standards of behavior in the classroom, implementing effective strategies to encourage positive engagement and motivation.
• Provide pastoral support and guidance to students, helping them overcome academic and personal challenges. Be a mentor and offer guidance on career pathways, further study, and personal development.Engage in continuous professional development by attending training and workshops to enhance your teaching skills and subject knowledge.<#####
