The Role - Teacher of English

We wish to appoint an exciting, exceptional, and inspirational Teacher of English who has the passion and commitment to develop confident and capable young people. The successful candidate should possess the ability to think outside the box, ensuring students are eager to learn, raising their aspirations, and achieving the best possible outcomes.

The successful Teacher of English will:

• Deliver high-quality English lessons across KS3 and KS4.

• Provide a supportive and stimulating learning environment.

• Share our high expectations of achievement for all pupils.

• Inspire students with creative and engaging teaching methods.

• Work collaboratively within the English department to ensure continued success.

What We're Looking For:

• A qualified Teacher of English with QTS.

• A commitment to fostering a love for English in students.

• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students of all abilities.

Position Details:

• Start Date: September 2025

• Salary: �36,413 - �53,994 per annum (Main/Upper Pay Scale, inclusive of Outer London Weighting)

• Location: Upminster
